This policy explains what information Nick Elvery ("we", "us") collects through free.nickelvery.co, our emails and our content tools, including the Hypnosis HQ app we use to publish our own videos to YouTube and TikTok.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups: your first name and email address when you request a free audio. We use these to send the audio and our follow-up emails.
- Basic visit statistics: anonymous page counts (no cookies, no personal profiles) to see which videos send people to the site.
- Purchases: handled by our payment partners (Payhip, Skool). We receive the product name and amount, never your card details.
TikTok and YouTube connections
Hypnosis HQ is used only by Nick Elvery to post Nick Elvery's own videos to Nick Elvery's own accounts. When an account is connected, we receive the access permissions granted on TikTok's or Google's own sign-in screen (for TikTok: basic profile information such as display name and avatar, and permission to upload and publish videos). We use them only to publish and manage our own videos. We do not collect, sell or share data about other TikTok or YouTube users, and access can be removed at any time in the TikTok or Google account settings.
How we use and share information
We use your information only to deliver what you asked for and to send related emails. We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our emails (Netlify, Brevo, GoatCounter, Payhip, Skool), each under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at nick.elvery@gmail.com.
Keeping information safe
Access keys and personal information are stored securely and only used for the purposes above. We keep email sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
